How do I place an order?

All orders and payments are processed via our website.

Can I make changes to my order?

We will accept any changes, if you provided with 24 hours notice via email:

Do you include any receipts/billing information?

Absolutely NOT!

We do not include any prices, receipts or billing information, we only include the shipping information.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled prior to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation of order incurs a

$50.00

administrative fee regardless of box value. Money will be refunded less this fee.

If cancellation notice is received at less than 48 hour notice - cancellation is void.

Do you do returns?

Our products are perishable and we cannot provide a refund unless they're proven to be faulty or damaged. If this is the case, email us outlining the details including photographs.

In the very unusual case of

"not liking" the product (we're making this up on the fly as this has NEVER happened this does not mean the product is faulty.

What payment method do you accept?

Does your box contain nuts (traces)?

Yes, They do. Most -if not all- of our products contain nuts. We cannot guarantee that a product will not come in contact with nuts. if you're ordering for someone with allergen please talk to the team and we will assist you.

How to store my box?

To get the best out of it, desserts should be eaten on the day of the delivery.

All packaged items can be stored at room temperature.

Brownies, cookies, and all baked goods should be stored in the fridge if they are to be consumed at a later date. If you need further assistance please give us a call, and we will advise.

Delivery

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes!

For same-day delivery:

Order before 1 pm.

All orders get delivered between 8 am-5:30 pm.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver Sydney wide!

Do you deliver on weekends?

We know occasions are not only for weekday.

We deliver 7 Days a week!

Can you deliver to apartment/unit complex?

Yes we do deliver to apartments and units. Please clearly note the unit number when placing the order. Please ensure that the recipient is home to accept the delivery. If the building is secured, and the driver cannot get in, then the box will be returned to us and there will be a redelivery fee plus 50% cost of the box charged.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers

Do you deliver to schools, restaurants and hospitals?

Yes! We are able to give it to the recipient or leave it at the reception to pass it to the recipient.

Do you deliver to police stations, airports or government bases?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to police

stations/centres, domestic and international airport terminal, and government bases (eg.

military/navy defense bases) due their strict regulations for accepting deliveries.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries are made anytime between 8 am - 5:30 pm. We will try our best to deliver within these time frames but there may be situations out of our control.

We prioritize delivery at business locations within business hours.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fee $9.95. Free Shipping for orders over $100.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Due to the volume of orders being shipped, unfortunately that is not an option.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient isn't at home, a few things will happen:

• The courier will leave the goods at the front or back door if the recipient isn't home and if there is a safe place to do so

• If the driver is unable to leave the package, the box will be sent back to us and a re-delivery can occur for an additional fee.

If we are unable to deliver to the address, the order is returned to base. We can redeliver the order at a charge of 50% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge.

What if I put the wrong address?

If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

If we are unable to re-deliver on the same day then you will need to purchase a new box and delivery.

Do you offer last minute delivery?

YES! Send Dessert believe in the power of gifting (and the good karma we will receive from saving so many asses Who forgot important dates or really f*cked up). We offer same day delivery if you order before 1PM on weekdays and we will deliver your dessert by 5:30pm.
