CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Orders can be cancelled prior to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation of order incurs a $50.00 administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this fee.

Orders can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued, if Send Dessert is provided with 48 hours notice via email (hello@senddessert.com.au), prior to the delivery date scheduled.
If an order is requested to be cancelled within the 48 hour period, we are happy to offer a full credit note to use within 12 months. The customer will receive the full refund less the fee.
Under any circumstances, orders CANNOT be cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery or during the delivery.
RETURN
To be eligible for a return after receiving the product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@senddessert.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
When a refund has been processed, it may take between 1-10 business days for the money to successfully process into your account.
